AV Services is developing new and exciting service offerings! The team has spent the past year re-inventing our support model from the ground up, focusing on providing exceptional customer service. In parity with the existing Broadcast Center model, effective January 1, 2022, AV Services will begin charging for event services from the Classroom and Event Technology Team. These charges will be based on event duration in two hours, four hours, and whole day increments. Many services will not be associated with a charge.
